JULIE S. LARSON (nee MARK) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Julie S. Larson on July 31, 1999 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband Wallace; her sister Bunny Borr; her brother John Mark (Stephie) and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, and her pals, Janice Hodkinson, Monique Huppe, Marianne Chornenki and Elaine McLeod. Julie devoted her life to teaching. She was proud of her students achievements. She especially enjoyed being involved with the school carnivals, dramas, art projects and crafts. Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Barron, Allan Borr, Wayne Copeland, Robert Dreger, Jamie Greenwood, Neil Hart, Larry Hodkinson, Michael Mark, Robert Mark and Jason Wiebe. Cremation has taken place and the memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 4 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 3 St. Vital Rd., with her friend the Rev. Robert Webster officiating. A memorial award is being established in Julies name. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Julie Larson Endowment, St. James Scholarship Foundation, c/o Mike Friesen, St. James School Division, 2574 Portage Ave., R3J 0H8.
