Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHILLIP AURELE BERUBE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather, Phillip, at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, February 11, 2001 at the age of 56 years. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Lynn; children, Stella (Bud), Robert (Brenda) and Charmaine (Travis) stepchildren, Andrew and Genevieve (Blake) grandchildren, Kaleena, Cassandra, Eric, Justin and Taylor; mother, Simone; brothers, Terry (Mary), Joe (Jay), and Leo (Natalie) and Lucille, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Phillip was predeceased by his father, Tommy; brother, Buck and his sisters Madeleine and Stella. For the past 12 years, Phillip fought a long and courageous battle with kidney disease. His strength and endurance was surpassed by no one. He will be fondly remembered for his talent for story-telling, his passion for fishing and hunting, and all outdoor activities. Funeral services for Phillip will be held in the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church in Lorette, Manitoba on Thursday, February 15. Father Maurice Jeanneau will celebrate the Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. Prayer service will be held the previous evening, Wednesday, February 14 at 7:00 p.m. also at the church. Interment will take place in Thunder Bay, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make a donation in Phillips memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 200-55 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3C 1LB.
