THEODORE (TED) VELIN It is with great sorrow, we announce the sudden passing of Ted Velin on Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at the age of 74, at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his wife of 51 years, Shirley; his two daughters, Barbara and Sandy Wohl, Karen and Allen Glazer and his beloved grandson Barry Wohl, all residing in Vancouver, BC. His sister Phyllis Chochinov and brother Louis Velin. Also his extended family in Canada and England. Ted was a quiet and private person who enjoyed curling for many years, and when he could no longer play, he enjoyed watching the game. He loved to drive and was ready to go wherever and whenever he could. He will be missed by many friends he had over the years. Pallbearers were: Sandy Wohl, Allen Glazer, Barry Wohl, Ari Kraitberg, Louis Velin and Howard Wohl. We love you and will keep you in our hearts forever.
