Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL ZELEZ Peacefully on February 20, 2001 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Michael Zelez, aged 74 years, of Selkirk, Man. Mike was born in Poland on September 10, 1926 and came to Canada in 1957. He worked at the Manitoba Rolling Mills for 30 years and enjoyed his retirement years in Selkirk since retiring 12 years ago. He leaves surviving his wife Julia; daughter Mary Zybert (Richard) of Winnipeg; son John (Brenda) of Calgary and grandchildren, Daniel and Vanessa Zybert and Ken, Debbie and Steven Zelez. At his request cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m., in the Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Selkirk with Fr. Harry Oliynek officiating. Interment at a later date in the Parish Cemetery. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
