AGNES ADAMS (MAXWELL)

AGNES ADAMS (nee MAXWELL) On Thursday, February 22, 2001 at the age of 86, Agnes passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her father (Robert) mother (Ellen) son (Robert) and brothers, (David and John). She is survived by her loving husband Jack; son Alfred; daughter Marilyn; grandchildren, Andrea and Michael, and her sisters-in-law, Vivian and Doris; nieces, Carrol, Ellen, Lynn and Karen; nephews, David and Raymond, and lifelong friend Janette. Agnes was a member of the Princess Elizabeth Guild for Riverview Health Centre. She was also a member of the United Church Women since the mid 30s. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agness name to Princess Elizabeth Guild, Riverview Health Centre, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3L 2P4. A memorial service will be held at Churchill Park United Church, 525 Beresford at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27. Cremation has taken place. The family wishes to thank the Police, Fire Department, Paramedics and the many hospital staff who cared for Agnes.
