Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAURICE JAMES HEATHERINGTON Maurice James Heatherington passed away on February 17, 2001, at the age of 83, after a lengthy illness. He was born in 1917, worked most of his life with the CNR, first as a trainman and later as a conductor. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He played music (guitar, fiddle, harmonica) all his life, sang on the radio in his youth, and over the years headed up small bands that played at local nightspots. He was predeceased by his daughter Dianne and is survived by his loving wife Jean, his daughter Patricia (Bud), and sons, Wayne (Lynda), Ron, Randy (June), and Ken (Catriona), as well as grandchildren, Cathy, Dean, Mylene, Kristen, Brent, Sean and Jennifer, as well as his brother Harold (Ann). The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2001 in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
