Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I knew Emma when I was a little girl. I lived in Winnipeg & we used to come to Sprague to visit my grandmother, Sarah Olimb, Uncle Ray, Aunty Teresa and Debbie. We all lived next door to the Rozsa's. My brother & I run over to the Rozsa's to play with Mary-Anne and Ronnie as we were all about the same age. I have been wanting to find Mary-Anne so I looked up Ronnie Rozsa and found out about Emma. I was shocked and saddened to get this news. I remember Andy & Johnny. My dad, Walter Olimb, had a heart attack during one of our visits and they raced my dad to Roseau to the hospital and saved him. That was about 1959 or 1961. I have so many fond memories of the Rozsa's and Sprague. My little brother lived in Steinbach for a few years and had I known that Emma lived there, I would absolutely have gone to visit her. I am very sad that I missed her. Our deepest sympathies from myself, brother Gordon (deceased), and little brother Kenny. - Posted by: Madeleine Crump (Olimb) (Friend) on: Mar 20, 2014
