Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHERESE LAVIGNE Peacefully, on February 25, 2001, at the Maples Personal Care Home, Therese passed away at the age of 73. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexandre in June, 1965 and Marguerite in August, 1999. To cherish her loving memory Therese is survived by her sisters and brother, Annette (Bill) Smith, Roland (Dennis) ORourke, Claire Lavigne, Laura (Victor) Styba, Gertrude Downey, Yvonne Caffrey and Maurice Lavigne, and many nieces and nephews. Prayers will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street, with viewing starting at 9:45 a.m. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. also on Wednesday, February 28 at the St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, 300 Donalda Avenue, with Fr. Gregory Mulligan, P.F.M. Cap. Interment to follow at the St. Boniface Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff of the Maples Personal Care Home for all the help, care and compassion shown to our sister in the last place she called "Home". We would also extend our appreciation to the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital, Unit 4, 5th floor, for their care, kindness and support.
