Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGLORIA JEAN BIRD Suddenly on Tuesday, February 27, 2001 in Winnipeg, MB, Gloria Jean Bird, aged 33 years, went to be with her Lord. She leaves to cherish her children, Dana, Lyndon, Jordan, Farrah and Sherry; and Glorias special friend Bill. Also surviving are brothers, Clarence, Stanley, Oliver (Liz), Henry (Val), Ron (Stella) and by sisters, Linda (Knud), Beatrice (Charlie), Lucy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives, friends; by her three aunts and an uncle; as well as Leah, Roberta, and Jason who thought of her as their sister because they were raised together. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Halley; and by her parents, Moses and Sarah Jane Bird; brothers, Nathaniel James and Ernest; and a niece Karen Harper. Wake services will be held at the home of Linda Hagedorn in Little Black River, MB. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3 at 2:00 p.m., from the St. George Anglican Church, Little Black River, with Rev. Nancy Bruyere officiating. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tommy Bird, Allan Bird, Christopher Black, Sonny Bird, Jason Bird and Cyril Bird.
