THOMAS MICHAEL NOLAN It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Thomas Michael Nolan on Thursday, March 1, 2001 at the Grace General Hospital. Tom will be lovingly remembered by wife Julie; sons, Michael (Grainne), David (Deneen) and Brian (Lisa) grandchildren, Rory and Erin, Riley, Shelby and Kennedy and was awaiting the arrival of his sixth grandchild in April. He will also be lovingly remembered by his sister Pat and other close family members in Canada and Ireland. Tom was predeceased by his brother Louis and sister Gwen. Tom was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and immigrated to Canada in 1956. He lived in many places in Canada but spent many happy years in Yorkton, SK, finally to settle in Winnipeg. Tom leaves behind many friends and colleagues. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, March 5 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd., with Rev. Fr. Stan Jaworski officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held in the Church Parish Hall following the service. The family wishes to thank the 3rd floor staff and ICU at Grace Hospital for their compassion and care to Tom and his family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Toms memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg MB, R3C 2B7.
