Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMA TURNER JUNKER (nee MITCHELL) Passed away at home, surrounded by her family, February 27, 2001, on her 85th birthday. Norma grew up in Toronto, raised her family in Winnipeg and was presently residing in Vancouver. Norma was predeceased by her husband Robert in August, 1966. She will be greatly missed by her children, Mary-Jane (Pat), Michael, Kathy (Victor), Lindy (Al). She was Gunga to her grandchildren Laura (Jamie), Sarah (Kevin), Erin (Horace), Melissa (Richie), Daniel, Kailey, Devon, Logan, Natalie, Ben and great-grandson Liam. Norma is predeceased by her sister Grace Tate. Norma will be sadly missed by sisters, Jean Brown (Harry, deceased), her other sister Sam Eyre (Gord) many beloved nieces and nephews; her lifetime friends, Flo and Larky; as well as other good friends. There will be a memorial service, Saturday, March 3 at 3:00 p.m. at the Christian Apostolic Church at 6025 St. George St., Vancouver. Reception to follow at 417 - 4th St., New Westminster. Flowers gratefully declined, donations may be made to the Ronald MacDonald House for Sick Children.
