Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD HALLDORSON On Tuesday, February 20, 2001, Leonard Einar Halldorson of Pinellas Park, Florida passed away at the age of 81 years. To mourn his passing are his loving wife Gene of Pinellas Park; his only daughter Carla, her husband David Treger, and three grandsons, Andrew, Ryan and Eric, all of Winnipeg, who will miss their Afi. Dad is also survived by sisters Christine (Reg) Butcher of Vancouver, and Lue (Louis) Hewitt of Nepean, and sister-in-law Sis of Pinellas Park. There are also many cousins, nieces and nephews in Canada and U.S.A., including Lue Shennan and family, Len and Terry Halldorson and their families in Winnipeg, who will miss their Uncle Len. Dad was predeceased by his parents and brother Hallie and wife Helen. Dad was a fine athlete in his youth and excelled at all sports. As a boy he learned to play hockey in Arborg and went on to play in the American Hockey League for a number of years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held for Dad on February 23 in Pinellas Park with a further service in Winnipeg at a later date.
