Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERYL MAUDE GRANT March 15, 1937 - March 1, 2001 Bid farewell to this world she will be missed by all her friends but welcomed in heaven, her new home. A special thank you to the staff on the fifth floor of the Health Sciences Centre. To all her friends, thank you for all your love, support and comfort during her stay in the hospital. Visitation will be held on March 6, 2001 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. Funeral service to be held March 7 at 11:00 a.m., in the Church of God of Prophecy, 414 Tweed at Watt Street. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. Friends who wish to send flowers may do so or please send a donation in Beryls memory to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation. Funeral arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 220 HESPELER AT HENDERSON HWY. 668-3151

When I was a child my godmother had this beautiful jewelry box and she said to me that I could have it when she died. I turned to her and asked when are you going to die? That's how bad I wanted that jewelry box. Sadly we never kept in touch much after that and I never did get that jewelry box but what I got from my godmother is priceless and I'll always remember her and my mom in the kitchen making Jamaican patties from scratch.
