Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or Memory(BUBBY) CLARA CHARACH Sadly, we announce the passing of (Bubby) Clara Charach, on February 25, 2001. Bubby Clara was born on August 1, 1911 in Winnipeg, the youngest of seven children. She was predeceased by her husband Irving and all of her siblings. Bubby Clara is survived by her children, Barney (Ruth) and Rita (Ken) Chernick. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Nevin (Louise) Chernick, Gayle (Mark) Charach Sarazen, Alyse Shearstone, Lori-Sue (Rabbi Yisroel) Smith and Avrom (Fayanne) Charach and her 11 great-grandchildren. Bubby Clara was known by all for her sense of humour and love of life and her family. Heartfelt thanks to the staff and companions at the Sharon Home for the tender loving care they gave Bubby Clara in her last years. Funeral services were held on February 27 with Rabbi Rose officiating. Shiva is being observed at 451 McAdam Avenue. Flowers graciously declined, in favour of donations to the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba.
