Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET LOUISE BUTTERFIELD (KLAPP) 1914 - 2001 Margaret Louise Butterfield passed away at McCreary/Alonsa Health Centre on March 4, 2001. She had been a resident of Dr. Gendreau Memorial P.C.H., Ste. Rose, MB from March 17, 1999 until February 27, 2001 when she was transferred to McCreary/Alonsa Health Centre until her passing. She was born on October 10, 1914 in the Municipality of McCreary. She was the second child of Frederick John Klapp and Constance Helen (Duncan) Klapp. She was predeceased by her husband William in 1997; her son Clifford; her parents; her sisters, Jessie Fletcher, Mena Kerr and Norah Bell. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Fred, Bill (Carol), Arlene (Vic) Waddell, Jean (Peter) Poetker. Her six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her sisters, Constance (Eric) Pettitt, Mildred (Lance) King. Her brothers, George (Eleanor) Klapp, Alan Klapp, Jack (Ellie) Klapp and Lorne Klapp. Prayers will be held at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, McCreary, on Tuesday, March 6 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in Knox United Church, McCreary, under the auspices of the Anglican Church on Wednesday, March 7 at 2:00 p.m.. Rev. Ann Crossland presiding. Interment in the family plot in the McCreary Municipal Cemetery. The pallbearers will be four grandchildren, Bruce Waddell, Wendy Waddell, Robert Butterfield, Matt Poetker; two nephews, Barry Kerr and Burnell Butterfield. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, McCreary. Dobchuk Funeral Home, McCreary in care of arrangements.
