FRIEDA SIDONA BROKOP Peacefully at Concordia Hospital on March 5, 2001 Frieda Brokop died at the age of 93 years. Frieda was born August 29, 1907 in Julischev, Poland. She came to Winnipeg where she married and raised her family. She was a resident of St. Vital for 55 years. She is survived by her children Lil (Monty) Robinson of London, Ont., Arlene Franzen-Dickenson (Roger), and Gordon (Sharon) Brokop of Winnipeg; grandchildren Dr. David Robinson, Dr. Donna Robinson (Dr. Robert Bauer) of Ontario, Kevin (Delores) Franzen, Karen (Len) Woodiwiss, Sean and Cory Brokop; great-grandchildren Jordin, Braedin, Kaitlyn and Kelsey of Winnipeg; nieces and nephew of Ohio, USA. Those who she loved that predeceased her were her mother Adele; brothers Rudy and Michael; grandson Keith Reid Franzen. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Highway with interment following in St. Vital Cemetery.
