Claire was born in 1914 at St. Eustache, MB. She moved with her family to Sanclara, MB in 1919. She met Albert and they were married on January 23, 1940. Left to celebrate her blessings are her husband Albert Sr.; her four children, Albert Jr. (Eileen), Jeanne (Dennis), Daniel (Melaney) and Huguette; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sister-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. Claire was the last surviving of her family. She is now reunited with her dear parents Emile and Bernadette Bedu, her brother Archie and sister Yvonne. Claire spent her time playing cards, bingo, making puzzles, baking pies and cooking delicious meals in anticipation of company. She loved to be surrounded by music and laughter. She learned to play the violin at the age of seven and passed on her musical talents to her family. Her numerous relatives and friends will remember her sparkling eyes, sweet smiles and laughter as well her kind and gentle nature, but most of all the love and pride she felt for her entire family.
