MARTHA EVENSON November 20, 1913 - March 8, 2001 Morden, Manitoba With her family by her side, Martha Evenson (nee Link) passed away on March 8, 2001 at the Tabor Home in Morden. Martha was born on November 20, 1913 in the 1-6 district one of eight daughters and three sons of Gustav and Juliana Link. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence, by her parents, her brothers, Ewald, Emmanuel and Herbert, and sisters, Bertha, Eleanor, Olga, Wanda and Dena. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by her daughter Dorothy and her husband Elmer Strong; her son Elmer and his wife Catherine; her granddaughter Debora and her husband Douglas Maddock; grandson Scott and his wife Carrie; great-grandsons, Dacota and Dallas Maddock; her sisters, Edith Roberts and Tillie Link and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Morden on Sunday, March 11 at 3:00 p.m. Interment in Hillside Cemetery. Wiebes Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Morden Area Foundation.
