LAURA ELIZABETH GUILBERRY (nee Henderson) February 13, 1907 to March 8, 2001 With sadness Mom passed away at the Maples Personal Care Home, at the age of 94 years. Mother was kind and possessed a quiet dignity, which gave her strength throughout her life. She gained peace from gardening and poetry and enjoyed cooking for her family. She will be greatly missed by them. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, Kerrs Funeral Chapel, 120 Adelaide Street. Service will terminate at the chapel. Special thanks goes to Louise Symons and Thelma Kraychuk for their visits and continued kindness. On behalf of my mom, Id like to thank the nurses, staff and Dr. Patel for the wonderful care she received. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinsons foundation. Dear Lord Put your arms around her Hold her in your tender care Make up to her for all she suffered And all she had to bare. She faced her pain with courage Until the very end It broke our hearts to lose her But she didnt go alone For part of us went with her The day God called her home.
