Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGUS ARCHIBALD Peacefully, after a courageous nine month battle with cancer, Angus passed away at his parents home surrounded by family on March 9, 2001. Angus is survived by his loving wife and friend Judy; daughter Brooklyn and his son Brendan. He will be missed by his Mom and Dad (Cathy and Harold) his brothers family, Mike, Kim, Jeffery and Kyle; his special mother and father-in-laws family (Mary and Albert, Fred and Lorraine, Sharita and Marcel, Shannon and Wyn, Leitta and Randy) and by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and the many friends and students whose lives Angus touched. Angus was born in Powell River, B.C., on April 13, 1967 and took his schooling in Manitoba. Angus graduated from High School in Melita where he made many wonderful friends. Angus went to University in Brandon and received his Bachelor of Education A.D. While attending University, Angus played hockey with the Cartwright Clippers where he made many dear friends. Anguss passions were not only hockey but teaching as well. Angus loved the job he left as an Elementary School Principal at R.J. Waugh in Carberry. He was a wonderful teacher and principal and was loved by his students and fellow Colleagues. Every student he taught was special to him in their own way. Angus always saw the good in everyone. Angus and his family truly appreciate all the caring support shown to us over the last mine months. In lieu of flowers, friends who so desire, may make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415 First St., Brandon, R7A 2W8. Funeral service will be held in Carberry United Church, Tuesday, March 13 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. P. Reid officiating followed by a Memorial Service in Carberry Community Centre at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, Wednesday, March 14.
