Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNETTIE (ANASTAZIA) EDINGER (Nee Brodoway) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Nettie, on March 11, 2001, at the age of 83 years. Nettie was predeceased by her parents, Phillip and Anna Brodoway, two brothers, Michael and Johnny Brodoway, and one sister, Olga Nedohin. Nettie is survived by her husband Daniel; two daughters, Marilyn Fregeau (Phil) of Kingston, ON and Audrey Edinger (Dan) of Winnipeg; four granddaughters, Barbie, Cheryl, Kim, and Jennifer; two grandsons, Daniel and Clinton; three great-granddaughters, Sarah, Raven, and Kims daughter, four great-grandsons, Thomas, Nathan, Myles, and Eric; two sisters, Teenie Fostey of Emerson and Ruth Stober of Winnipeg. Nettie was born and raised in Southern Manitoba. After their marriage, Dan and Nettie settled in Winnipeg, where Nettie worked in Food Services at the University of Manitoba for 12 years while raising her family. Nettie retired from the University of Manitoba in 1965. Funeral services will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., on Thursday, March 15 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Netties memory may be made to the Golden Door Care Centre, 1679 Pembina Hwy., Winnipeg, MB R3T 2G6.
