Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWESLEY GOGAL September 15, 1915 - March 12, 2001 Peacefully, on March 12, 2001 at the Central Park Lodge, Wesley Gogal, dearly beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away at age 85. Wesley leaves to mourn and cherish his memory his family, Cliff and Liz, Jim and Deborah, Robert, Terry and Debbie, Ken, Gloria and Ken Fulmore; grandchildren, Dayna and Dustin, Christine (Mike) Hingey, Sherry (Clif) Doyle, Sherisse and Shayna; great-granddaughter Taylor Hingey; son-in-law Bob Hingey; sister-in-law Helen Oleynick, and brothers, Paul and Stanley. He was predeceased by his wife Olga in April 1986; daughter Shirley in June 1996, and his brothers, Tom, Frank and Phil. Wesley moved to Transcona to make his home in 1962, from Kamsack, SK. He had been employed by the C.N.R. until his retirement in 1979. An avid outdoorsman, Wesley enjoyed hunting, gardening and fishing. Viewing will be held Thursday evening (tonight) from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 16 at 1:00 p.m. also at the chapel, with Fr. E. Hafichuk officiating. Interment to follow at Transcona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Russell Maytwayashing, Kris Walsh, Terry Emslie, Glenn Muzik, Doug Goodchild and John Couture. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
