Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM RANDOLPH HIGGINS May 16, 1929 - March 12, 2001 Suddenly and peacefully in the presence of friends, at the age of 79, our angel Bill (Willie) returned to the arms of his Lord. Lovingly awaiting his arrival in Heaven are his lifelong love and soul mate, wife Toni (of 49 years) son Randy; parents Pearl and William; brothers, Edward, George, Charles, Gordon and Ronald; sisters, Alice, Eva, Doris and Lizzie and his only uncle James Currie. Also wagging his tail anxiously, his precious "Mattie." His memory will live on in the hearts of his daughter Juanita Smith; grandchildren, Darren, Jared, B.J. and Renee; sisters, Alma, Helen and brother James; brother-in-law Felix Muloin (Sylva) and family and numerous relatives and friends, especially Anne, Susan and his dear crib buddy Brian Tuckett. A celebration of Bills life will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 41 Maple St., Winnipeg. Bills most cherished treasure was his family.
