CHRISTIANSON Suddenly and peacefully, in the presence of family, our beloved father Tom passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2001, at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 83 years. Dad, born in Spalding, Sask., and husband of the late Florence Christianson, was a quiet and gentle man who loved being with family and friends. He experienced life with a sense of fun and enjoyment, and we know that Dad found real inner peace in his last years. Memories will live on in the hearts of his children, Tom, Karen, Beverley and Peggy; sisters, May, Barbara and Betty; brother Dick; brother-in-law Bert and numerous relatives and friends. In compliance with Dads wishes, a private celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, March 18. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Grace General Hospital, 300 Booth Dr., Winnipeg, Man., R3J 3M7.
