Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIANA CROW November 8, 1943 - March 13, 2001 It is our great sorrow to announce the sudden passing of our dear Mother, Kookum (Grandmother), Niece, Cousin and Friend. Diana Crow passed away peacefully on March 13, 2001 at her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is predeceased by her parents, David Crow and Mavis Copenace, grandmother Agnes Copenace, and grandfather Allistair Crow. Also great-uncles, Sam and Allan Copenace, Don, George and Allistair Crow. Also great-aunt Mary Bluebird. Diana is lovingly remembered by her son David Cyriacos Crow (Jan), grandchildren Karlee Vera and Jakson Crow of Shoal Lake 39 First Nation, and daughter Eleanor Mavis Crow of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is also survived by her aunts, Ada Morrison of Kenora, Josephine Prince of Winnipeg, Mary (Bob) Elders and family of Sioux Narrows, Teresa Crow-Girard and Betty Ann Crow of Whitefish Bay. Uncles Pete Crow of Washagamis Bay, George Crow and Roy Crow of Whitefish Bay and Allan Crow of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is also remembered by her cousin Joe Morrison (Mary Alice) and family, Karen Morrison (Tim), Ava Tom (Conrad), Carla Morrison (Leroy), Beverly Williamson (Jesse), Jason Williamson, Danielle Morrison and many numerous relatives and friends. Diana was employed at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg for over 25 years. She will be missed by her friends and coworkers at the Health Sciences Centre. Diana loved to travel, visiting such places as Texas, Arizona, Amsterdam and London, England. She loved to listen to music, do volunteer work and was a devoted woman of Christian faith. She spent much of her time in the Kenora, Sioux Narrows and Lake of the Woods area. Visitation will take place at the Browns Funeral Home on Friday, March 16 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place at the Browns Funeral Home on Saturday, March 17 beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Darrell Nisly officiating, with interment at Lake of the Woods Cemetery.
