Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKELVIN DELARONDE August 27, 1970 - March 14, 2001 It is with great sorrow the family announces the tragic passing of our son, Kelvin at the age of 30 years. Kelvin was born in Duck Bay, Manitoba. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Daniel DeLaronde and Virginia Genaille. He leaves to mourn his parents, Stanley (Duck Bay) and Rebecca DeLaronde (Winnipeg). He was the brother of Belinda (Winnipeg), Coleen (Duck Bay), Angel (Winnipeg), Cynthia (Winnipeg), Anthony (Winnipeg), Steven (Duck Bay), Monica (Duck Bay) and Amanda (Duck Bay). He is also survived by his grandparents, Adelard Genaille and Lizzie DeLaronde, both of Duck Bay; nieces and nephews, Daniel, Matthew, Carley, Germaine, Michael, Kenny Jr., Ceejay and Kaycee; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kelvin was a good kindhearted person and a respectable friend. He had a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews. Our family would like to express our sincere thanks to all the people who came into Kelvins life to help him in every which way they could. He will be sadly missed by all. Prayers will be said at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg on Saturday, March 17 at 7:00 p.m. with Fr. Robert Bernardin officiating. A wake service will be held on Sunday, March 18 at 4:00 p.m. at the Duck Bay Hall, Duck Bay, Manitoba with prayers at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church with interment to follow at the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew DeLaronde, Michael DeLaronde, Daniel DeLaronde and Kenny Brightnose, Jr. Active pallbearers will be Dennis Chartrand, Marcel Chartrand, Ronald Chartrand, Andy Chartrand, Anthony DeLaronde and Steven Genaille.
