ANNE SADAWAY On Thursday, March 15, 2001, at her residence, Anne Sadaway of Portage la Prairie, beloved wife of James Sadaway, passed away at the age of 70 years. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Omega Funeral Home Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Monday, March 19 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at a later date. Predeceased by one brother Nick Halischak, she leaves to mourn her passing her husband James; seven daughters, Betty (Kevin) Smith, Gloria Nagy, all of Winnipeg, Linda Dawyduik of Ashcroft, BC, Dorothy (Art) Gladue of Portage la Prairie, Tammy (Ron) Kucharsky of St. Claude, Della (Brad) Compton of Winnipeg, Tanya (Richard) Sadaway of Portage la Prairie; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and two special great-grandchildren, Abby and Emily. Also surviving are three brothers, John (Helen), Mike (Bernice), Joe (Christine) Halischak, all of Winnipeg; three sisters, Mary (John) Patt of Winnipeg, Frances (Gary) Clarke of Vernon, BC, Theresa (Cliff) Morrisseau of Portage la Prairie, and a host of nieces and nephews. Should friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
