ELIZABETH MARION CAMPBELL (nee HURST) Passed away peacefully at Richmond Pavilion, Victoria, B.C., on March 6, 2001. Betty was born in Winnipeg on March 27, 1929. She is survived by her loving partner of 29 years John "Darky" Lowe; Lovingly remembered by her son Jeffrey (Vicky), grandson Christopher of Victoria, brothers, Douglas (Shirley) and Kenneth (Mary) of Winnipeg, numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the Cancer Society and the doctors, staff and volunteers at the Victoria Hospice Unit at the Jubilee Hospital. Following cremation, a memorial service was held at McCall Brothers Family Chapel, Victoria on Monday, March 12 at 3:00 p.m. There will be a private family service with interment at a later date in Winnipeg.
