MARY VICTORIA CIWANTUH With sorrow, we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother at the River East Personal Care Home on Monday, March 19, 2001. Mary was born in Garson, Manitoba on May 24, 1904. On September 22, 1926, she married Mike Dziaduch in Winnipeg. In 1927 they welcomed their first son Walter and in 1929, Edward, who rounded out the family. Mary was a stay at home mother, who loved to cook and look after her family. Mary was predeceased by her oldest son Walter in 1934 and her husband Mike in 1967. Left to mourn her passing are her son Edward (Shirley) grandchildren, Edna (Don Owen), Mike, Danielle (Rob), Marina (Grant Colli), Jason, Edward Jr. (Kelly) great-grandchildren, Cameron, Samuel, Damara, Dustin, Faith and Damian. She will also be missed by her friends Pat and Ruth. We wish to thank the staff of River East Personal Care Home for the excellent care she received while she was there. Funeral Service for Mary will be held on Saturday, March 24, at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marys memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, Unit 10, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 4G2.
