JEAN WALY Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Sunday, March 18, 2001, Jean passed away at Riverview Health Centre. Jean was born near Dauphin, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her son Dwyer. Jean leaves to mourn her memory, husband Nick; sons, Dwight and Dwain (Barbie) grandchildren, Carissa, Amber, Staci, Buddy Waly, Pam and Ian Watt, Mathew and Shoni Litinsky; siblings, Mary Huculak (Bill), Silvia Rondau (Armond), Bessie Ganczar (Joe), Nellie Putko (Nick), Anne Coombs (Bert), Olga Ogston (George), Josie Kozie (Walter), Pauline Zubricki (Bill), Peter Slobodian (Jean), John Slobodzian (Kaye), Tilly Potkonjak (George). Prayers will be held on Tuesday (Tonight), March 20, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainain Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Ave. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 21, at 9:30 a.m. also at St. Nicholas Church with a Basilian Father officiating. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Jeans memory to St. Nicholas Parish or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
