DORIS MAY LANCASTER 1920 - 2001 The family of Doris Lancaster sadly announce her passing on Monday, March 19, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was 90 years of age. Doris was born in Regina, Sask. on November 12, 1910. At a young age, Doris moved to Winnipeg with her family where she received her education. Doris met John Lancaster and they were married at the Beulah Baptist Church, where they remained life long active members. Doris was predeceased by her loving husband, John in 1967; her daughter, Marilyn in 1985; and her son, Richard in 1998. She leaves to mourn her passing her son Robert (Denise) her grandchildren, Sherri, Kimberly, Darren, Darryl and Sean; her great-grandchildren, Courtney, Amanda and Matthew. She is also survived by other relatives and good friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 23 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with Rev. Clark Gietz presiding.
