Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMILLIE KOZAK Passed away on March 20, 2001 after a brief stay in Burnaby General Hospital. She was born in the Ukraine on December 29, 1914 and spent most of her life in St. Boniface, MB. Predeceased by her husband Max in 1973. She is survived and will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, two sons, Martin (Elaine), David (Donna) four grandchildren, Cindy (David), Kim, Kathy (Jamie) and Kristy; two great-grandchildren, Jordan and Ashley. A special thanks to all residents of the Lesya Ukrainka Manor whose friendships she enjoyed for the last ten years. An extra special thanks to Nadya Niechoda. No service by request. Cremation.
