WILLIE KUHN It is with great sadness that our family announces the peaceful passing of Willie Kuhn on March 21, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital at 70 years of age. Willie will lovingly be remembered by his wife Dorothy of 40 years; daughters, Donna (Dave), Val (Rick), Cheryl (Darren) eight grandchildren; his sister Ina (Bill) brother Gary (Jean) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Julius and Augusta; sister Linda and her husband Jack. Dad was born and raised in Seven Sisters. He worked as a Senior Buyer at Unysis until his retirement in 1992. Dad enjoyed many summers at his trailer in Seven Sisters. His favourite pastimes included fishing, gardening, sports, and he will always be remembered as the No. 1 Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who took great pride in his family. In accordance with Willies wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. A private interment will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Schroeder, the staff of the Cancer Clinic and the St. Boniface Hospital for their care. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6. Arrangements entrusted to Voyage Funeral Home.
