GEORGE DRYDEN 1916 - 2001 In loving memory of George Dryden who passed away peacefully at home on March 23rd, surrounded by his family. George leaves to mourn his passing and to cherish his memory his children, Gladys (Ron), Elsie (Steve), Charlotte (Bill), and Clifford (Cathy). He is also survived by his brother Bill (Joan), as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives, and his faithful dog, Lady. George was predeceased by his loving wife, Hatty; his parents, and sisters. Mary and Della. There is a gate at the end of the path That our loved one must walk alone. There is a light which we cannot see As our Father claims his own. Beyond the gate our loved one finds peace and rest And there is comfort in the thought That our loving God knows best. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at 3:00 p.m., at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Interment and reception to follow.
