Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE TAYLOR (nee MONTGOMERY) Our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully in her sleep at Golden Links Lodge on March 24, 2001. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Bill. Left to mourn are her daughter Anne (Larry) Winder of Calgary; son Bill (Joan) of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Julie (John) Turner of Toronto, Curtis and John Winder, Mark (Gaye), Wendi (Rick) Charette, Michael (Lisa) and Mandi (Dennis) Bilawsky; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Bronte, Brett, Dane, Jack and Graham. Moms passion in life was her family, her memories of walking in the Lake district with her husband and the beaches of her home on Walney Island Cumbria, UK. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m., at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). A private interment of cremated remains will be held. The family would like to extend sincere thanks to the wonderful caring staff of Golden Links Lodge (Special Needs unit). Should friends so desire, donations in Elsies memory may be made to Golden Links Lodge, Special Needs unit (Life Panels Project), 2280 St. Marys Rd., Winnipeg, Man., R2N 3Z6.
