HENRY ZACHARIAS Suddenly, on March 24, 2001, at home in the loving arms of his wife Mary, Henry Zacharias passed away at age 79 years. Henry leaves to mourn his wife and best friend for 50 years, Mary; his five children, Elaine (Albert Turcotte), Robert (Linda), Debbie (Irvin Unger), Cathy (Doug McKay) and Tammy; his eight grandchildren Kasey, Kelly, Kim, Jackie (and mother Cathy), Eric, Jenn, Aaron and Alex; his two great-grandchildren, Breyden and Savhanah, his brothers and sisters, and his many friends and neighbours. Henry worked for Grey Goose Bus Lines for 36 years. Upon retiring, his passions were family, fishing and gardening. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. with viewing held one half hour prior to service, at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street. Pastor Dave Hay officiating.
