Allan was born in Winnipeg on January 15, 1953. He attended Greenway ands Sargent Park chools and Tec Voc High School. He is survived by his daughter Candace and her mother Sonia; mother and father Adeline and David Parker; sister, Barbara and Kim Sorensen; nieces, Tracey, Shauna, and Jodi; aunts, uncles and several cousins. A private family graveside service will be held, with Rev. John L. Moore officiating. Arrangements in care of: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
