FRANK J. KONOPETSKI 1932 - 2001 It is with great sadness and deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of our beloved Frank at the age of 68. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Emily; daughters, Glenda (Peter) and Lori (Barbara) granddaughters, Gillian and Erica; mother-in-law Erma Brown; brothers, Ed (Augustine) and John (Trudy) sisters, Eileen and Joyce; special niece Pat (Rob) and children, as well as many other nieces and nephews. Frank lived in Fisher Branch during his early years, moving to Red Lake, Ont., and later retiring in Lac du Bonnet. Frank loved the outdoors where he spent many hours cutting his wood, gardening and feeding the birds. His kindness, generosity and great sense of humour will always be remembered by all who knew him. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Drs. Tan, Groenewald and Hussain, and to the staff of SICU at the Health Sciences Centre. At Franks request cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will take place at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher Funeral Home, Fisher Branch.
