ANASTASIA "NETTIE" GIULIO Our beloved mother Anastasia "Nettie" Giulio died peacefully in Oakland, CA, March 2, 2001 at age 79 after a short illness. Dearly beloved wife of the late Jack Giulio. Mom was born in Poland immigrating to Canada at age six. She resided in Winnipeg for 38 years working for Eatons Post Office and at the Big 4 Post Office. Later she moved to San Leandro, CA, living there for the last 35 years, retiring from the Union Pacific Railway. She is survived by her daughter Lynda Dudych, husband John of Winnipeg; son Garry Derhak of Abbottsford, B.C.; sister Mary Baranesky and husband Rusty of San Leandro, CA and brother John Zieminski of Winnipeg; loving grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of 6. A memorial service was held in San Leandro, CA.
