Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM ALFRED DEAN On Sunday, April 1, 2001 at Deer Lodge Centre, Bill Dean passed away at the age of 85 years. Bill signed on at an early age in the Merchant Navy, and served during the Second World War in the Royal Air Force. He was employed with Simpson Sears in Polo Park as a salesman. Bill was a Past Master of St. Johns Lodge No.4, AF & AM. Bill was very personable fellow and was well suited to his chosen profession. He was predeceased by his second wife Birdie. Bill is survived by his daughter Rosalee Nowenski of Toronto, Ont.; his son Paul Dean; sisters, Ivy Connerton and Sheila Locke, both of Qualicum Beach, B.C. and brother Ken Dean in the USA and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 6 at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., Aubrey Street entrance.
