Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySALLY REIKO CHRISP (nee TSUTSUMI) Suddenly on March 31, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre, Sally Reiko Chrisp (nee Tsutsumi) passed away at the age of 54 years. Sally is survived by husband Ken; children, Darrell and Michelle; mother Chieko; sisters, Yooko (Robert) Osato; brothers, Mitsuo (Beverley) and Akira (Sonya) and brother-in-law Hiroshi Shimizu; as well as many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5 at Bardal Funeral Chapel, 843 Sherbrook St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Concordia Hospital Emergency Department or Health Sciences Centre Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
