MARILYN JOAN COOK (nee Olson) Peacefully on April 1, 2001 at the Lakeshore General Hospital, our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Marilyn Joan Cook went home to be with her precious Saviour. Marilyn was born on April 1, 1943. She spent her first five years on Peonan Point, and the remainder of her life in the Steep Rock area. On July 8, 1961 she married Donald Cook. They enjoyed 40 years together on the family farm. She gave her heart to the Lord and was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ in July of 1969.
