Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVINCENT CLEMENCE NIX Passed away at Providence Centre in Toronto on April 7, 2001 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte for more than 60 years. Will be missed by his children, Robert and Joan; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael), Dollie, Robert and Julie; his great-grandchildren, Bonnie and Joey; his brother Slade and his sisters, Margaret and Florence. Predeceased by his brother Jack and his sister Alice. Vincent was born in Calgary and raised in Winnipeg and was employed by the Winnipeg Free Press for many years. He was an ardent golfer and bridge player and was keenly interested in the English language, correcting his children on many occasions. He was a member of Little Trinity Church in Toronto. His family would like to give a personal thank you to the staff of Toronto General Hospital, Eaton Wing, 13th floor for their effort and care on Vincents behalf. Visitation will be at Little Trinity Church at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, followed by the service at 2 p.m. and a reception afterwards. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in Vincents memory to a charity of choice.
