LOUIS VERMETTE Suddenly, on June 13, 2001 at his residence, it is with deep regret we announce the passing of Louis Vermette at the age of 63 years. Predeceased by his parents, Victor and Henriette; a brother Wilfrid; and sister Lucille Holmes. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 43 years Lise (nee Dansereau) sons, Raymond (Eva) and Blaine; two grandchildren, Nicole and Shawn; also a twin sister Louise (Robert) Kerr. He will be missed by many brothers and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Dennis Fowler for his help and consideration. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, June 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. with Reverend Fr. Gerry Ward officiating. Cremation has taken place, interment will take place at a later date at the St. Boniface Cemetery, 917 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
