Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUDREY MARGARET McQUIGGE (nee BILAK) March 14, 1940 - April 7, 2001 It is with our deepest sorrow, that we announce the sudden, yet peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother, and friend, Audrey Margaret McQuigge, age 61 of Ashern, Man. Audrey will be lovingly remembered by her very special friend and companion, Alfred Weigelt; her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Liz; her grandson Matthew; brother, Bob (Judy) Bilak; nieces, Tracy Bilak and Debbie (Marchello) and their son, Anthony, all of Winnipeg; sister-in-law, Joan McQuigge, and her children, Cindy (Michael), Benjamin, Julian, and Adrian Greene, all of Oakbank; her good friends, Dody and Ken Budge of Ashern, Margaret Jeffery of Seattle, Washington, and Edith McKinnon of Winnipeg; as well as many more dear friends and family. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Bob in 1991; her father John in 1984; and her mother Francis in 1997. Audrey was born in Winnipeg on March 14, 1940. Although a city girl at heart, she and her husband Bob moved to their farm at Dog Lake, Man., where she grew to love the life of a farmers wife. She worked as the secretary at the local RM office for many years. She then left to care for her husband until his passing on August 1, 1991 following a lengthy illness. Audrey later met her special friend, Alfred and together they worked on their farm near Moosehorn, Man. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the Camper Hall, Camper, Man. Interment will follow at a later date. Pastor Ivor Grant and Jim Anderson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Audreys memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 200-55 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or a charity of ones choice.
