ANNE RUBY HNATIUK (nee MORRISON) Peacefully, on Saturday, April 7, 2001, Anne Ruby Hnatiuk passed away at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her husband Wilfred; son Alexander; seven brothers and one sister. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Maryanne; son Michael; grandchildren, Kathryn, Annette, Bill, Shelly, Jacquelynn, and Mikey; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Christina, Kyla, Celina, Justin and Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. Anne was born in Parry Sound, Ontario on February 2, 1912 to John and Annie Morrison. She graduated as a registered nurse in 1936. Anne later moved to Winnipeg and on April 17, 1948 she married Wilfred. She was a registered nurse at the Childrens hospital for many years doing what she loved most. After retirement Anne devoted herself solely to her family and friends as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 11, at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annes memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St. Wpg. R3B 2H8 or to a charity of ones choice.
