HELEN BERNICE MACDONALD March 21, 1912 - March 16, 2001 On March 16, 2001 Helen Macdonald, our beloved mother, grandmother and friend died suddenly in Winnipeg at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Frank S. Macdonald in 1960 and by her sister Verda Howard and her brother John Denison. She is survived by her daughters, Jocelyn Goodine (Lenwood) and Joan Bruser (Bert) her grandchildren, Ross and Scott Goodine (Eun-jeong Jung) and David and Jessica Bruser; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Helen Macdonald, born in Rosebank, Manitoba, the younger daughter of Theodore and Margaret Denison, late of Dunston, Manitoba, was a longtime resident of Winnipeg. She was a proud life member of the Nurses Alumni of the Misericordia Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 20 at 4:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway.
