Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM HENRY LANGLOIS Peacefully on April 14, 2001, at the Betel Home in Selkirk, William Langlois, aged 79 years, a longtime resident of Selkirk. He leaves surviving his children, Billy, Ricky (Barbara), James, John, David, Lucille (Doug), Carol, Elwin (Rayne), Karen and Sharon (Earl) grandchildren, Blaine, Shawn, Candace, Shannon, Jamie, Devin, Tianna, Dawn, Jason, Andy, Melvin, Teddy, Clinton, Justin, James, Garrett, Justice, Colby, Troy, Hayley, Chad, Linden and Jenessa; great grandchildren, Serenity, Jordan, Brayden, Lesley, Kaydon, Mercedes, Jessica, Kyle and Lisa; brothers, Arthur and Teddy; sisters, Jessie and Dorothy and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Jessie, son, Sydney, parents, Peter and Jessie, six brothers, Cyril, Ernest, Carol, Herbie, Jock and George and one sister Jean. William was born in Selkirk on April 14, 1922 and had served his country during the Second World War. He had worked for the Town of Selkirk for many years until retirement. Friends and relatives may call for viewing at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, tonight from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 18 at 2:00 p.m. also in the chapel. Interment will follow in the St. Clements Cemetery. His grandsons will be his active and honorary pallbearers. Gilbert Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
