MARY KATHERINE WILSON (nee MALLEY) Passed away peacefully on April 14, 2001, at Fred Douglas Lodge, with her daughters at her side. Predeceased by her husband Robert; brothers, John, Ted and Joseph; sister Frances; and parents, Peter and Katherine. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Gladys and Valerie; brother Casimer; sisters, Stella, Milly, Gladys (Bob Staddon) and many nieces and nephews. Mary lived a quiet life in Old Kildonan for most of her years. Her last few years were spent at Prime Care and Fred Douglas Lodge where she was lovingly cared for by staff. She enjoyed her family, crocheting, knitting and sewing. She spent many summers in Kingsville, ON with her family. She attended Kildonan Presbyterian Church all her life. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 19 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Interment will take place at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Marys name may be made to Kildonan Community Church Endowment Fund, 2373 Main St., or Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
