RONALD FOGG It is with great sorrow that the family of Ronald Fogg announces his sudden passing on April 17, 2001 at the Kildonan Personal Care Centre in Winnipeg. Ron was predeceased by his wife Amy; sister Irene; and his parents. He leaves to mourn his loving son Neil and daughter-in-law Kristen; brothers, Russ (Wynne), Walter (Joan) and Roy (Dorraine) and sister Grace (Jim). He will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews as well as cherished friends and neighbours. Ron was born in the family residence in Winnipeg and resided here his entire life. Before marrying Amy in 1960, Ron worked at Eatons for many years and then at CP Rails Weston shops for 25 years until his retirement in 1990. He was an avid baseball fan in his early years often travelling to the States with his friends to take in a major league game. Ron also enjoyed curling, bowling and had a great interest in model railroading. Ron spent the last years of his life at the Kildonan Personal Care Centre where he made many friends and was always ready to greet everyone with a warm handshake. The family wishes to thank the staff of K.P.C.C. for their special care with Ron for the last seven years with a special thanks to Marlene for all her kindness. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with Donald Stelling officiating. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
